Una serata con Socrate e Steve Jobs. Introduzione.

This paper offers some introductory remarks to the following issue of Journal of Ethics and Legal Technologies, with the aim of briefly recalling some of the core-themes that the participating authors have outlined. The aim is to show how the most recent and problematic issues arisen by technological development are not only constantly challenging the categories of legal thought, but also call for some deeper, philosophical understanding.
