The article explores the ethical and anthropological challenges posed by Artificial Intelligence (AI) within legal and administrative contexts. The discussion is structured around key thematic areas, including the implications of AI as a “black box” in decision-making processes, particularly in the field of predictive justice. The author critically examines the risks of automated systems infringing on human rights, referencing significant legal frameworks such as the GDPR and the European AI Act. By analyzing the integration of AI into public administration, the paper highlights the tension between technological efficiency and the preservation of fundamental human dignity.
