La digitalización de la cooperación judicial en la UE a través de eu-LISA: avances, virtualidades e incertidumbres del nuevo sistema de justicia penal en Red

The digitalisation of judicial cooperation in criminal matters and police cooperation is one of the priorities of the EU strategy on e-Justice 2024-2028. The heart of this system is eu-LISA, the European Union Agency for the Operational Management of Large-Scale IT Systems in the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice (AFSJ), and the collaborative relationship with other bodies in this field, in particular Eurojust and Europol. In this framework, the study, after examining the role of eu-LISA, will focus on the main legislative instruments adopted in the Union between 2022 and 2025 to promote this process, which place this Agency and the collaboration with Eurojust and Europol at the centre.
